In the face of dire circumstances, The Challenge Farm offers hope and healing for the street children of Africa as a place of prayer, worship and healing. Located on ten acres of fertile farmland near Kitale, Kenya, The Challenge Farm was started by Dr. Richard Thompson and his wife, Cheri Thompson, in 1999 as a ministry to street children, teaching them about the love of Jesus Christ, helping them to discover God's purpose for their lives and preparing them to transition back into their communities as productive citizens and mature followers of Christ. |
